The beautiful sunsets at Victoria Beach, Manitoba are the inspiration for this piece. When I watch the sun drop from the sky like a ball of fire, I often think I should hear a hissing sound as the sun hits the horizon. I hope this Sunset Over Water reminds you of your special place for watching sunsets.

When we watch a sunset, each ball of fire in the sky varies in color, just as the Sunset Over Water sun varies depending on the glass used. The base is live edge, the sun is glass, and the waves are acrylic. Sunset Over Water is illuminated.
